Your Questions, Answered

  • No. I do not use extinction-based or “cry-it-out” approaches. My methods are gentle, responsive, and evidence-based, and always adapted to your comfort level and your child’s needs.

  • I support families with newborns, infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Each age group requires a different approach, and your plan will reflect that.

  • This is a very common concern. Gentle, responsive sleep support prioritizes emotional safety, parental responsiveness, and developmental readiness at every stage.

  • Absolutely. Most families come to me feeling overwhelmed, sleep-deprived, or unsure. My role is to simplify the process, remove guesswork, and support you with compassion, not judgment.

  • Many families notice improvements within 3–7 days, with more consistent sleep developing over 2–3 weeks, depending on age and circumstances.

  • Yes. All consultations and support are offered virtually, making it easy to work together no matter where you’re located.

  • Simply book a consultation through the website. We’ll discuss your child’s sleep, your goals, and determine the best support option for your family.
